How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4-6 weeks lead time for scheduling. For peak seasons or specific dates, earlier is better. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just ask.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes. We've worked with properties across Asia, Europe, and the Indian Ocean. Travel costs are quoted separately and transparently in your proposal.
What's included in deliverables?
All projects include professional editing, multiple formats (web, social, print-ready), full commercial usage rights, and an organized asset library for your team.
What's the typical turnaround?
2-3 weeks for photography, 3-4 weeks for video projects. Rush delivery is available. We'll confirm timelines in your proposal.
How does payment work?
Typically 50% deposit to confirm booking, 50% upon delivery. We can accommodate different arrangements for larger projects or corporate billing requirements.
Do you require accommodation?
For the best results, we stay on property during the shoot (typically 2-4 nights). This is usually arranged as part of the project and lets us capture all times of day.
